Medical Concierge NY was founded by Adam Tison and Myer Gurkov—experienced, compassionate primary care providers who shared a vision for something better. After years of working in traditional healthcare systems, they saw how rushed appointments, crowded clinics, and fragmented care left patients underserved.

Adam Tilson, PA-C
Adam is an accomplished Physician Associate with many years of experience delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. He graduated in 2008 from Touro University, earning his degree at the top of his class with the Outstanding Achievement Award.
His healthcare journey began early, becoming a certified lifeguard instructor, and later an EMT serving in New Jersey’s 911 system and with Atlantic Health System. After graduation, Adam gained critical hospital-based experience at Maimonides Medical Center and Coney Island Hospital, rotating through the Emergency Department, Internal Medicine, Ventilator Unit, Cardiology, and Orthopedics. He then spent five years working with the well-known Dr. Vladimir (Zev) Zelenko, focusing on high-volume primary care and chronic disease management. Adam later transitioned into a leadership role as Director of a multidisciplinary internal medicine practice, integrating diverse specialities to provide coordinated, comprehensive care.

Myer Gurkov, EMT-P, MPAS, PA-C
Myer is a dedicated and recognized Physician Associate with extensive experience in internal medicine and emergency medicine. He earned his undergraduate Liberal Arts degree in Mathematics and Sciences from SUNY Rockland and graduated with awards in clinical excellence in 2017 with both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Health Sciences from Touro University.
His career began as head lifeguard at a large Day Camp, and as an experienced EMT-B, volunteering with the Spring Hill Community Ambulance in Rockland County, NY. As a Paramedic, he works closely with the community to provide guidance and urgent medical support. Myer gained significant experience in emergency medicine at the Level 1 Trauma Center, Lincoln Trauma and Mental Health Center in Bronx, NY, where he honed his skills in high-pressure environments and managing complex medical conditions. Additionally, he has extensive experience in internal medicine and acute care at a large multidisciplinary community health center in New York, focusing on primary care medicine.
